We will assess the students and match them with a tutor that best suits their needs. The assessment will be based off of the students grade level, subject and time availability.

We have 3 separate plans for tutoring: bronze, silver, and gold. Please use this link to go to our pricing page for more information.

If you need to cancel your tutoring sessions, you must let your tutor know as soon as possible. If you cancel in the middle of the billing month, you will not be refunded for remaining sessions. You may still use that month’s remaining sessions if you choose to. A $100 cancellation fee will also apply.

Forty-eight (48) hour notice must be given if you cannot attend your scheduled lesson. This can be done in your Teachworks account by Requesting a New Lesson and indicating in the comments which lesson you are rescheduling for.
If you do not provide forty-eight (48) hour notice, your lesson will be cancelled and you will be charged for that lesson. Cancelled lessons cannot be made up at a later date, so please be sure to reschedule your lesson in advance.

Our sessions are recorded for quality assurance purposes and can be requested under certain circumstances. Ask your tutor for more information. You may need to complete waiver form to do so.

Yes, you can! However, if you want to schedule a tutoring session for a different subject you will need to let us and your tutor know at least 48 hours prior to your upcoming tutoring session.

Our tutors are instructed to schedule 5 minutes at the end of every tutoring session to speak with parents and answer any questions you may have.
